Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in San Ysidro, CA.

You will conduct evaluations, develop plans, and provide direct therapy for communication needs, collaborating with teachers and families to promote classroom success. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active CA SLP License (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to communication and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.

We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students in a school settings within San Diego. Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed
