GREEN APPLE LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy to children in the Lewisville area. This PRN role operates within our DFW division, delivering pediatric services at families' homes across the region.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience, home-health exposure, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with credentials in feeding therapy or related areas. Competitive benefits accompany this role for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercises with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of the medical neighborhood, coordinating care with other providers.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Maintain timely charting, progress notes, and logs.
• Meet agency expectations and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to all laws and ethics applicable to home-health pediatric SLP.

THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a PediatricSpeech Language Pathologistto serve families in the Lewisville area. Thisposition is based in our DFW division.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech language pathology.
