Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a bilingual SLPA to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes or daytime facilities in Texas. You will work under physician orders and collaborate with the care team to meet individual goals.

The role requires current Texas SLPA licensure, at least six months of full-time clinical experience, and pediatric experience. Home health experience is preferred, with comprehensive benefits available for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in the patient's home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions.
• Maintains knowledge through ongoing education and professional involvement.
• Strives to add value by taking ownership of new requests.
