Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance if operating a personal vehicle for work.
• MV R check and background check are required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow client-specific SOPs and company protocols.
• Verify and document patient demographic, identification, and insurance information.
• Collect, process, label, package, and ship laboratory specimens per procedures.
• Maintain specimen integrity via proper handling, storage, and transportation.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate specimen and patient documentation.
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all health regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous support to patients during specimen collection.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Monitor supplies and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, healthcare providers, and clients to support operations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
