Zusammenfassung

Sela PCS is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a 50/50 English-Hebrew immersion program in Washington, DC. You will manage IEPs, co‑teach, and deliver SDI in ELA and math to students with disabilities, collaborating with Hebrew and English teachers to ensure bilingual instructional integrity.

You will coordinate RTI interventions, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with IDEA/FERPA while engaging families in the bilingual education process.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of elementary teaching experience.
• Eligibility: legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Develop and implement IEPs and lead IEP meetings with families and teams.
• Deliver SDI in ELA and math for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with Hebrew immersion and English language teachers.
• Maintain accurate records in line with IDEA/FERPA and DC policies.
