Job summary

Unicare ABA in Bronx, NY is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, with emphasis on natural environment teaching and play-based approaches.

The successful candidate will conduct PFAs, design and monitor ABA programs, supervise BTs, train parents, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• NYS LBA is required.
• Enrolled in NY Medicaid is required.
