YWCA in Addison, IL is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Therapist to provide crisis intervention and therapy for survivors of sexual assault. The role requires licensure progression, a Master’s degree, and at least one year of counseling experience.

The position is exempt, full-time, with a hybrid office schedule. The Therapist will manage a caseload of 18–20 clients, collaborate with the Clinical Program team, and contribute to community engagement and program development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in counseling.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred; requires cultural competency and fluency in Spanish.
• Master's degree (MA, MSW, etc.) from an accredited college or university; licensure as LPC/LCPC/LSW/LCSW preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention, short- or long-term therapy for children, adolescents, and adult survivors and their non-offending significant others.
• Maintain an active caseload (18–20 clients) and document services in member records.
• Collaborate with Clinical Program staff and engage in group services and workshops.
• Participate in supervision and continuing education; complete ICASA training within 30 days of start date.
