This full-time role requires Spanish language fluency, Virginia licensure eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LPC preferred), and a commitment to serve diverse clients.

The Revive Counseling Program offers individual and group services, with a caseload of 20–25 clients, and 24/7 on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed eligible in Virginia (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, or Resident in Clinical Psychology); License preferred (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in social services and mental health, with trauma survivor exposure preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed individual psychotherapy and group counseling to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and stalking.
• Maintain a caseload of 20–25 active clients, or as approved by leadership.
• Develop and implement safety planning and treatment planning tailored to a diverse population.
• Coordinate with other Revive/ Doorways staff and outside agencies for wrap-around services.
