Acclimate ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings in Utah. You will implement BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and document progress with detailed session notes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
