Marine Credit Union seeks a bilingual (Spanish speaking) Mortgage Loan Specialist for a remote role in Wisconsin. You will provide information on mortgage products, collect and analyze borrower data, and support loan decisioning according to policies and regulations.

You will interview applicants, analyze documents, evaluate credit, prepare documentation for underwriting, and work with members to ensure timely service and accurate processing.

Competenze

• Knowledge of the mortgage loan application process and consumer credit.
• Ability to collate and analyze borrower financial information.
• Evaluate data and recommend pricing, structure, amounts, and terms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in consumer lending preferred.
