Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking Education Champions to tutor 3rd–5th graders in ELA and Math, with a fixed schedule Mon/Wed/Fri 8:50 am–1:54 pm, and a flexible 10–35 hours per week.

You’ll work one-on-one or in small groups, partner with teachers, and help close the opportunity gap while gaining real classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers and school leaders.
• Passion for learning and commitment to underserved students.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver personalized learning strategies.

About the Job:

Tutors will provide ELA and Math support for grades 3rd through 5th. The program will run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:50 am to 1:54pm.
