Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Michigan is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, part-time work in Holland and Grand Rapids. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA, following plans from a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must be Spanish-speaking or bilingual to support clients in Holland/Grand Rapids, MI.
• Certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
