Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals for Behavior Technician roles in a pediatric setting. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will join a compassionate team, receive comprehensive training, and be empowered to positively impact families. The job includes physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily routines.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Spanish bilingual and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Move and supervise children in activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
