Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified and licensed.
• Spanish-speaking required for client communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide feedback to staff.
• Conduct parent training sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and other service providers.
