Qualifications
Must have active BCBA Certification.
Strong communication skills required.
Experience with assessment methods is necessary.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
