Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for families. You will oversee the full therapy process including assessments, treatment planning, and staff supervision. Qualifications

• Must have active BCBA Certification.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience with assessment methods is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
