Ria Money Transfer, a global money transfer provider, is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate in Houston to promote and process our products and services. The role includes in-person service, basic office tasks, and collaboration with senior staff to meet monthly targets.

The ideal candidate communicates well in English and Spanish, handles cash responsibly, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Some computer experience using MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process products (money transfers, money orders, currency exchange).
• Verify or enter customer information into systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and locate branches or services.
• Identify problems and escalate to management when needed.
• Balance cash, prepare cash for deposit, and record daily transactions.
