Ria Money Transfer is hiring a Sales Associate to promote and process all products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role includes front-line service, administrative tasks, and collaboration with branches and departments to meet monthly targets.

Ideal candidates speak English and Spanish, enjoy helping customers, and can handle cash, with basic computer skills and flexibility to work weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Some computer experience using MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process money transfers, money orders, currency exchange.
• Verify or enter customer information into systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries about services and locations.
• Identify problems and escalate to management as needed.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for deposits.
• Prepare daily transactions records.
• Support other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors.
