Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to promote and process all products and services, ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role includes administrative and office support, serving customers, internal departments, other branches, and stores.

The Sales Associate will communicate key information to senior staff and assist with assigned tasks. The goal is to meet or exceed monthly performance targets established by management.

Qualifications

• Has a passion for customer service.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process all products such as money transfers, money orders, currency exchange.
• Accurately verify or enter customer information into our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service questions; reference other Ria locations as needed.
• Identify issues during queries and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ria products, services, and policies.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transactions records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors.
