Virtustant is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our sales team for a remote-friendly role. You will make outbound calls to new leads and existing customers to set appointments for the sales team and cross-sell services.

You will work with the CRM system, follow scripts, and maintain a high-volume calling routine with persistent follow-ups. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; strong attendance and professional conduct are essential.

• Make outbound calls to new leads and existing customers.

• Log all activity and manage leads in CRM.
• Communicate with leads by phone, text, and email.
• Follow the company scripts and sales methods.
