Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team in El Paso, TX, overseeing daily operations, merchandising, and successful product launches. You will coach and develop retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, while delivering an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T products and services.

The role includes overseeing outreach events, on-site leadership training, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive initiatives beyond the store walls.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and merchandising.
