Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily operations at our Aurora store. You will support merchandising, product launches and driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead and coach retail sales consultants, develop your team, and participate in outreach events to promote services. A strong emphasis on communication and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
