Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants for the Kyle, TX area. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and help meet sales goals. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.

Expect a 40-hour work week with a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through options.
• Contribute to community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based rotation announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and support customer needs as they evolve.
