Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants in Baytown, TX. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls.

The role requires weekend availability with a 40-hour weekly schedule and progressive scheduling two weeks in advance. Starting pay ranges from $14.42 to $17.12 per hour, plus commissions and potential earnings around $62,460 yearly when goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Willing to work a schedule including weekends (9am–9pm).
• Will receive tools, training and coaching to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends; 40 hours weekly with 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided to reach goals.
