Job summary

AT&T in Whitehall, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a bilingual (Spanish/English) consultative selling approach. You’ll help customers select devices and services, earn commissions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding choices on the sales floor, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to grow the customer base. Schedule includes weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience a plus. Training provided if none.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders, make outbound calls, and engage with existing and potential customers.
• Adhere to a variable schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving product offerings.
