AT&T in Wyncote, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose the right devices and services, meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we provide tools, training and coaching to help you succeed. You’ll work between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40-hour weeks and seniority-based scheduling.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 40-hour weeks with seniority-based scheduling.
