AT&T in Boca Raton is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right wireless solutions. You’ll work during busy hours, including evenings and weekends, and earn uncapped commissions on top of hourly pay.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and will be rewarded with starting pay adjustments. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, support online orders and outreach to customers, and join a fast-paced team that values flexible schedules and community

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Support online orders, events and outbound customer calls.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Help meet sales targets and earn commissions.
