AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Jacksonville, FL. You will guide customers through product options using a consultative approach, while filling online orders and making outbound calls to potential customers.

Expect to earn commissions in addition to base pay, with opportunities tied to performance and geography. You’ll work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and participate in community events and product demonstrations as part of a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to prospects.
• Attend events and engage with the community.
• Meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, with advance scheduling.
