Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Participate in store events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule that includes evenings and weekends to meet customer needs; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Sales targets and commission opportunities tied to performance and product offerings.
