AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants to engage customers on the sales floor with bilingual Spanish/English skills. You will guide options, demonstrate products and services, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role includes participating in store events, assisting with online orders, and making outbound calls to prospective customers. You will work a flexible 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training provided to reach targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsabilités
