Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Stockton, CA seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through their options on the sales floor. You will engage in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers, embracing a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with the potential for increased pay if bilingual. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, but training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in training.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• This fast-paced environment requires flexibility and openness to change to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training will be provided to help you meet goals.
