Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Stockton, CA seeks a Retail Sales Consultant who will guide customers with a consultative approach, achieve sales targets, and leverage AT&T's devices and services. You will greet customers, present options, and close sales on a fast-paced floor.

Must be available 9am–9pm including weekends; bilingual Cantonese and English encouraged; training provided if no prior retail experience; generous commissions, benefits and starting pay depending on location.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• If you have no sales experience, training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers with a consultative sales approach on the sales floor.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions with AT&T products and services.
• Engage customers through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules announced two weeks in advance.
