Job summary

AT&T in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with bilingual Spanish/English support and personalized sales expertise. You will meet sales targets through the full suite of AT&T products and services and contribute to a friendly community presence.

You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls. A flexible schedule (9am–9pm, weekends) and ongoing training help you achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and evolving tech.
• Leverage training and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals.
