Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in California is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks English and Spanish to guide customers with personalized product recommendations and close sales. The role includes meeting sales targets and earning uncapped commissions tied to performance.

You will work on the sales floor using a consultative approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Salary includes hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; starting salary may depend on geography, experience, and education/training.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules posted two weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; staying flexible helps you meet evolving tech and customer needs.
