Job summary

AT&T Mobility is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Modesto, CA. You will engage customers with a bilingual approach, guiding them through options and upselling AT&T products and services. The role emphasizes in‑store sales, online orders, and outbound outreach.

The position offers a busy, customer‑facing environment with a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends. Previous retail experience is a plus; comprehensive training is provided to help you meet your goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Tools, training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options using a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services.
• Work schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
