Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and drive sales.
• Participate in community events, fulfill online orders and perform outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based scheduling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing customer needs.
• Assistance with training and coaching provided if no prior sales experience.
