AT&T in McAllen, TX is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right wireless and telecom solutions. You will engage customers with a consultative approach, demonstrate products, and close sales to meet targets.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base. The role includes weekend hours and a base pay with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work a schedule 9am-9pm including weekends.

Responsibilities
