AT&T's Retail Sales team in Selma, TX is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right wireless, device and service combination. You'll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, aim for targets, and earn commissions based on performance.

You'll participate in weekend shifts with a 9am-9pm schedule, plus 40 hours weekly, and receive comprehensive benefits, training, and growth opportunities as you connect communities with AT&T's products

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
