Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible to evolving customer needs.
