Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 40-hour weeks with advance seniority-based scheduling.
