Job summary

AT&T Retail Sales Consultant in Springfield, VA is looking for individuals who can engage customers with a consultative approach and offer the latest devices and services. You’ll create meaningful connections, meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.

Expect a 40-hour workweek including weekends, with a schedule planned 2 weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish/English skills are rewarded with potential

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and monthly seniority-based schedules in advance.
