You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with uncapped commissions and a competitive starting salary based on geography, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for customer interactions.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Comfort with meeting sales targets and using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• You’ll fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling.
