Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants at our Mesquite location. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, leveraging the full suite of AT&T products to meet sales targets and earn commissions.

Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, with comprehensive tools and coaching provided for success. You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided for newcomers.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Follow a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks ahead.
