Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Spring, TX. You’ll guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach and engage with the community via events, online orders, and outbound calls.

The role includes a flexible 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with advance schedule visibility to fit busy consumer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
