Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Bastrop, TX. You will guide customers through their options using a consultative approach while engaging with the community through events and online orders.

Expect outbound calls to customers and a schedule that covers 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to achieve goals.

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ notice for seniority-based schedules.
