AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Houston, TX. You will use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor, while participating in community events and handling online orders and outbound calls.

Expect a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with ongoing training to help you reach and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; two weeks in advance scheduling.
