AT&T in California is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to connect with customers on the sales floor, using a consultative approach and knowledge of AT&T’s products. You’ll build relationships, meet sales targets, and earn commissions based on performance.

The role supports bilingual customers (Spanish/English) and may include added starting pay for bilinguals. Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with training provided if you lack prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commissions.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
