Escalent is a data analytics and advisory firm seeking a work-from-home Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer. You will contact English and Spanish-speaking consumers nationwide, following a script to gather opinions on our client’s products and services.

The role offers part-time hours with evening shifts, remote work, and the opportunity to contribute to precise data collection while developing interviewing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong typing skills for quick transcription.
• Polite, friendly, punctual and reliable.
• Able to persuade others and give verbal direction.
• Proficient with computers, email and Google Chrome/Apps.

Responsibilities

• Contact English & Spanish-speaking consumers across the United States following a provided script.
• Gather opinions and record responses for clients' products and services.
• Deliver high-quality data to clients with accuracy and integrity.
• Adapt to new policies and procedures as needed.

As a work-from-home Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer, you’ll contact English & Spanish-speaking consumers all over the United States. By closely following a provided script, you’ll gather the opinions of respondents who have experience with our client’s products and services. Join us and become part of a diverse and energetic team, driven to collecting detailed opinions and delivering valuable, quality data to our clients.

• You have excellent reading, writing and communication skills (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
• You have strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
• You are polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
• You have the ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
• You are proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
• You are able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
• You adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
• You enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks

Training Schedule (Starting Mon Sep 28):
Mon Sep 28 to Wed Sep 30: Choose your own hours (3hrs total, independent work on employment forms)
Thu Oct 1-Sun Oct 4: No shift/training
Mon Oct 5 to Fri Oct 9: 4:00pm-8pm CST/5pm-9pm EST (online, welcome/meet & greet, virtual class training)
Mon Oct 12 to Fri Oct 23: 4:00pm-8pm CST/5pm-9pm EST (online, virtual class, on-the-job training)

Work Schedule:
Evening Shift: 4pm-9pm CST, 5pm-9pm CST or 6pm-9pm CST
Schedule: 15-25hrs/week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday shifts available)
