Job summary

Escalent is a data analytics and advisory firm helping clients understand human and market behaviors. We seek a work-from-home Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer to contact English & Spanish-speaking consumers across the United States, following a script to gather opinions on our client’s products and services.

You will join a diverse team delivering valuable data. Schedule: Evening shifts, 15–25 hours per week, some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to transcribe verbal responses quickly.
• Polite, friendly, punctual and reliable.
• Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps.
• Able to handle technical issues and troubleshoot quickly and independently.
• Adapts quickly to new policies and procedures.
• Enjoys working independently and excels at repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contact English & Spanish-speaking consumers across the United States following a provided script.
• Gather opinions of respondents who have experience with our client’s products and services.
• Deliver detailed data and insights to clients.
