Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong typing skills to transcribe responses quickly.
• Polite, friendly, punctual and reliable.
• Able to persuade others and give verbal direction.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and independently.
• Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures.
• Enjoys working independently and performing repetitive tasks.
