Job summary

TrueCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Perris Health Center team. The RN will provide patient-centered care, triage walk-ins and calls, and perform routine procedures in alignment with TrueCare policies.

Responsibilities include health advice, testing, patient education, and injections as appropriate. Bilingual English/Spanish required; CA RN license active and current; strong EMR and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with 1–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Current California State RN license required with active status.
• Proficient with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The RN will be working at our Perris Health Center. The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered services in accordance with the TrueCare policies, procedures, and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine office procedures, and testing, and participating in patient education. Responsibilities include triaging patients that walk-in person or are calling in, tending to the inboxes, administering injections, etc.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California State Board RN license.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, teams, and Word.
• Possess the ability to work independently and as team member.

The pay range for this role is $45.07 - $62.15 on an hourly basis.
